You asked and we're listening! This Hammock Mount was designed to be economical yet maintain high functionality with quality parts manufactured in the USA. No bells and whistles on this model yet it still offers comfortable hammocking from your trailer hitch. 

Fits all standard 2" vehicle receiver hitches (Class III & IV)

114" span for 11ft (and shorter) hammocks

300 pound weight limit

Bare bones arms come to ~32" in length when stowed

Includes basic hitch pin and storage bag.

Included Storage Bag for Arms:

This Storage Bag allows you to securely stow the round tube arms for easy and quiet transport. It includes one custom bag with cinch strap to create a tidy bundle for your Bare Bones Arms. It does not secure the frame portion. 

Two finish options available:

#1: Raw Steel Frame and Raw Aluminum Arms- This cost saving option is intended to be painted or coated by the customer and will get rusty if not coated. 

#2: Black Powdercoated Steel Frame with Raw Aluminum Arms. This is our most popular option that is ready to begin enjoying upon arrival. All components are highly corrosion resistant and durable.

FAQs and Disclaimers

NOTE: Customer must verify if Hammock Mount will interfere with vehicle sensor systems. We have been made aware that certain newer vehicles and hitch configurations may have issues with hitch mounted accessories.

NOTE: For hitch mounted models- vehicle hitch must have minimum 2.5" distance from hitch face to pin hole center. Contact us for options if distance is less than this measurement.

Note: Raw aluminum parts may have some scratches and imperfections from the manufacturing process. Once you begin to use your original Hammock Mount, you will find that transportation, storage and normal use will contribute to this finish and the arms will develop their own character. The good news is that raw aluminum has excellent corrosion resistance and will not be affected by normal wear. However, if desired these parts can be polished, painted, or otherwise coated for aesthetics.

Awesome! Overall, I'm very pleased with the mount and setup. My only slight disappointment is the powder-coat could be more durable.

I absolutely love this system! I can set it up by myself in less than a minute, and nothing beats it after a long hike. I also enjoy taking it out while on a long roadtrip; because it’s so simple to set up, I just pop it in place and hang out at the rest stop for a little bit to stretch out! Can’t wait for many more adventures with it!
