Product Use & Safety
Adventure Hammock Systems products are designed for outdoor recreational use when installed and used according to the provided instructions and safety guidelines.
Our hammock mounts and accessories are not intended to be used while a vehicle is in motion. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, use, and maintenance of all products.
Users should exercise caution during installation, deployment, and storage, and be aware of potential pinch points or hazards. Failure to follow instructions or warnings may result in injury or damage.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
Shipping Terms
Domestic Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned or rerouted due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping charges.
International shipping costs are estimated at checkout. In rare cases where actual shipping costs exceed the amount collected, we will contact the customer before shipment to confirm additional charges or offer the option to cancel the order for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us and receiving cancellation confirmation.
Approved cancellations will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Orders that have already shipped, or cancellations not confirmed prior to shipment, will be subject to the Adventure Hammock Systems Returns & Refunds Policy.
